Walter Koenig's career began before Chekov—and extended far beyond the Enterprise.
This Trek World documentary follows his early television work, serious theater training, writing career, stage partnership with Mark Lenard, leading role in Moontrap, and reinvention as Alfred Bester on Babylon 5. It also explores the practical challenges behind InAlienable and his comics, alongside family life and humanitarian advocacy.
Drawing on participant interviews, contemporary reporting, production commentary, and archival imagery, this is a portrait of an actor who appreciated his most famous role without accepting it as the limit of his work.
